⚠️ This must be done on desktop/laptop/Chromebook ⚠️
If you are completely new to ABC Mouse, do the following:
- Go to www.abcmouse.com/redeem
- Click on New Member
- Enter activation code: ##### (will be emailed to you)
- Use the email you check the most as your login and create a password you will remember
If you already have a personal account that you would like to combine with Epic’s so you do not lose data, then use do the following:
- Go to www.abcmouse.com/redeem
- Click on Existing Member
- Click I Have a Gift Code
- You may have to click on Existing Member again
- Login using your normal personal email address and password
- Enter activation code when prompted: ##### (will be emailed to you)
If you want to keep your personal account and Epic’s account separate, you must use a different email address for both accounts. Once accounts are combined, there is no way to separate them.
