SpEd Submissions

The following links give any Epic teacher the only way to submit requests to Special Education. Please pay close attention to the following to make sure that your submissions make it to the right people in a timely manner:

⭐ Submissions will provide an auto-reply confirmation to store for tracking of submission.

⭐ Only Epic email addresses can submit to the forms. Epic families/parents will not be granted access.

⭐ Additional documents to be submitted to spedfax@epiccharterschools.org. ONLY PDF’S CAN BE ACCEPTED. NO PIC or TEXTS are accepted as they cannot be used in the system! Families can scan documents at any office store (i.e., Staples) and have it saved to a thumb drive or sent to their email.

⭐ Complete, signed documents are required! No partial docs can be accepted. No drafts or unsigned documents can be used. Submission of such will cause a delay for your families.

⭐ Information is located at the top of the form about whom to contact if there are any issues. Principals should escalate issues to the Special Education Director, if problems arise. Teachers should escalate to their Principal.

⭐ Submissions are tracked on Google Sheets and can be viewed by MDIs, Compliance Coordinators, and/or the Special Education Director.
