A benchmark test enables us to see where your students are in their learning at this moment in time so we can properly prepare lessons for them. It is also how we measure growth and make sure that your child is progressing as he or she should.

We utilize different assessment programs in different grade levels to accurately assess skill levels:
Epic will administer benchmarks to all students (regardless if students State test or not).

Benchmarking requirements have completely changed from 2019–2020, so please pay careful attention to the information below.
ACT Benchmarks will be timed and proctored. The following is the standard format of the ACT:
- English – 45 minutes
- Math – 60 minutes
- Reading – 35 minutes
- Science – 35 minutes
- Writing – 40 minutes
