Sometimes Epicenter is being weird and won’t let you log in, or open something, or whatever. It does not handle lots of traffic well, and with so many teachers and students in our district now, sometimes it just won’t work.
So what do you do when you’re trying to complete an ILP but suddenly can’t access anything? You have that family there with you (maybe finally after 100 reschedules), and you don’t want to have to wait and do this again.
NEVER FEAR! GOOGLE FORMS IS HERE!
These forms have been updated to the 2020–2021 ILP formatting (as of 07/21/2020). The only thing the PK–08 form is missing is the page where you check off potential problems.
PLEASE MAKE COPIES OF THE FORMS. Here is a video on how to copy a Google form so you can have your own.
